Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions may be obtained by completing one of the slips provided, by returning the computer print-out, where one has been issued, or by writing a note to reception. Because so many drug names sound the same, we do not allow our staff to take repeat prescription requests over the telephone as this could lead to mistakes. Please leave two working days for your prescription to be prepared.
